@juggalo - try a loop selection. anytime you have a row of poly's or lines that need to be selected you can do all of them at once with a loop selection. the shortcut is "U", "L" and can also be found on the selection menu. then, you can go back and deselect (if you need to) by holding CNTRL (PC) or COMMAND (MAC) and clicking on each poly whie using the live selection tool.
